Worked at the darts on sat day, 7 1/2 hrs, which is ok. Spices catering is still a crap company though.
Then headed to
I didn't drink much of my beer, but there is a party there next weekend, I will be bringing Amy along and hope to have much merryment. Steve was heading over to meet some girl he met on LJ, of course his modem wasn't working. Plus he was getting her some eps of Dr who (yes it's that kind of girl, awwww. Steve's found a she-clone), So while he was getting ready I managed to both fix his FTP system, and hook him to the net. He got the time and we galivanted to the city. I had to say goodbye just as we neared the location of his ladyfriend, I need to annoy him for details later. I totally forgot to give him back his copies of Died with a felafel & "And now for something completely different", I've still got his copym of waking life, I haven't gotten around to watching it. I also left my jeb poster at his place, thats the second time I've left it with someone (the night of the gig I left it in Miko's car).
Saw run lola run, I've been trying to find a DVD copy for ages and it turns out Amy owns it! I watched it and enjoyed much germanness. The Germans are cool (except when they have austrians in charge, maybe austrians just aren't good at running things, california seems to illistrate this :P).
Went from perth to freo, picked up a nice ring for Amy that she liked last time we were at the freo markets, I gave it to her as an early 5 month pres (yes we are one of those annoying monthiversary couples). For 6 months it'll be our last normal type like that, but I'm taking her to the engineer and nurses ball and we're getting a nice hotel room for it. Took ring to Amy's and spent afternoon there, she had to paint but we watched Pulp fiction together, giggle. I love that shirt "WHY AM I THE ONE WHO'S ON BRAIN DETAIL?". Then we started watching Evil dead. I've never seen evil dead before. Amy berated me for this. Damn that girl loves zombie movies(even though evil dead isn't exactly a zombie movie) and feels I should be tied down clockwork orange style and forced to watch every zombie movie ever made(which wouldn't be hard given how much she loves clockwork orange as well). I didn't get to see the end, I need to borrow the DVD from Amy some time (before she returns it to her cousin)
headed to curtin earlier than usual this morning, saw Rebecca on the bus, luckily now I know how to deal with it. When I got off I headed to the library and have been listening to polyphonics spree for an hour since, mmmm...Polyphonic spree is perfect for heading off attacks of depression. Excellent for cheering you up if I do say so.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I must exit stage left now.

Awwwwwwwwww annoying monthiversary couple!!! But it's still so cute. It's okay if it's you and Amy. Anyone else is annoying. Plus, you got her a ring!! What a great boyfriend you are, Peter. I thought guys were totally incapable of noticing when a girl says "oh that looks nice" and remembering that note for later :p
Also, Waking Life is very good. I wanna see it again now.
